Pink grapefruit and Prosecco

Ingredients
- 3 pink grapefruits
- 3/4 cup Campari
- 1 bottle Prosecco, fridge cold
Directions

Squeeze the grapefruit and mix the juice with the Campari in a large pitcher or cocktail shaker.

Stir to combine then slowly add the Prosecco. Pour into champagne glasses.
