Tomato and Mozzarella Skewers

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes (16)
- 4 oz. mozzarella (16 cherry-sized balls)
- 1/4 oz. fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- Seas salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash and dry to tomatoes.
- Using wooden skewers or toothpicks, place a tomato, folded basil leaf and mozzarella ball (up to six pieces on each skewer).
- Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, sea salt and pepper into a bowl, then drizzle over skewers.
- (Optional) Let the skewers chill in the refrigerator for approximately 15 minutes.
