Dill Mushrooms and Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into thirds
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp dill, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp lemon zest

Directions

  1. Brown mushrooms in olive oil, 5 minutes. Add asparagus and water; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender, about 7 minutes. Toss with dill and lemon zest.
