Ingredients
- 3 tomatillos
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 2 tsp jalapeno hot sauce
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- cayenne pepper, to taste
Directions

Husk the tomatillos. Cook in boiling water until tender, 2-4 minutes; drain, chop and transfer to a food processor. Halve, pit and chop avocados; add to the food processor along with sour cream, cilantro and mint, garlic, hot sauce, lime juice and salt.

Puree until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and season with more salt and cayenne.
