Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1 tbsp grated Pecorino
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Dijon

Trim broccoli; peel the stems and quarter the bunch lengthwise. Toss with olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Grill until charred and tender, 2-3 minutes per side.

Whisk olive oil, lemon zest and juice, water, Pecorino and Dijon; season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the broccoli. Top with shaved Pecorino.
