Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Slice carrots on the diagonal. Saute in butter until crisp-tender. Add ginger; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in cilantro, salt and pepper.
