Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 3 tbsp grated Parmesan
Directions

Cut carrots into sticks. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and thyme; spread in a greased 15×10×1-inch baking pan. Roast at 450 12-15 minutes, stirring once. Toss with Parmesan.
