Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup taco sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar
- sour cream and additional salsa for serving
Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Combine the first 5 ingredients; toss to combine.

Divide 4 tortillas between two baking sheets; top with the chicken mixture, cheese and extra tortillas.

Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cut each quesadilla into 6 wedges. If desired, serve with sour cream and additional salsa.
