Oriental Dressing

Serve over salad greens, steamed oriental veggies or use as a marinade for meat or seafood in oriental dishes as desired.

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 Garlic clove (crushed and minced)
- 3 Slices fresh ginger (quarter size, very finely minced)
- 2 Tbsp low sodium chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Directions

Heat oil over medium heat in a small saucepan. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute

Stir chicken broth, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, salt, & cornstarch together in a small bowl.

Add to the pan & heat till mixture thicken slightly.

Remove from heat and chill.
