Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 lb sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp minced fresh thyme
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Directions

Saute asparagus and mushrooms in butter and olive oil until tender. Stir in thyme, lemon peel, salt, lemon juice and pepper.
