Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 lbs boneless pork shoulder roast
- 18 French dinner rolls, split and warmed
- Optional toppings: carrot, jalapeno and cilantro

In a bowl, whisk the first 7 ingredients until blended. Place roast in slow cooker. Pour sauce mixture over top. Cook, covered, on LOW 7-9 hours.

Remove roast; cool slightly. Skim fat from cooking juices. Shred pork with two forks. Return pork to slow cooker; heat through. Serve pork on rolls, adding toppings as desired.
