Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick or rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk
- 1/2 small banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp berry jam
- 1/2 tsp maple syrup
Directions

Pour your oats and liquid of choice into a bowl or jar.

Stir in banana, almond butter, jam and syrup.
- Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (or for at least 30 minutes if using quick oats).

In the morning, top with more fresh fruit, granola, coconut, a dollop of almond butter (or all of the above!) and enjoy.
