Almond Butter and Jelly Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quick or rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or regular milk
  • 1/2 small banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp berry jam
  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup

Directions

  1. Pour your oats and liquid of choice into a bowl or jar.

  2. Stir in banana, almond butter, jam and syrup.

  3. Cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator (or for at least 30 minutes if using quick oats).
  4. In the morning, top with more fresh fruit, granola, coconut, a dollop of almond butter (or all of the above!) and enjoy.
