Lemon oven pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • sqeezed lemon
  • icing sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425

  2. Mix together the milk and eggs and then gradually add flour.

  3. Melt butter in a large saute pan (pan should be hot.

  4. Pour batter into hot pan.

  5. Put pan in oven for a few minutes till bubbly and raised

  6. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon over pancake & sprinkle icing sugar.
