Lemon oven pancake

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 stick butter
- sqeezed lemon
- icing sugar
Directions

Heat oven to 425

Mix together the milk and eggs and then gradually add flour.

Melt butter in a large saute pan (pan should be hot.

Pour batter into hot pan.

Put pan in oven for a few minutes till bubbly and raised

Remove from oven and squeeze lemon over pancake & sprinkle icing sugar.
