Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 scallions, chopped
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp sake or dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp red pepper flakes

You can use this mixture to marinate chickne or pork, but it is used traditionally for beef.

I mix this up, pour it into a large zip-lock bag with a london broil, and then freeze it. Defrost when you want to make something magnificent on the grill!
