Greek Meatball Flatbread

Ingredients
- 1/2 cucumber, seeded
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 lb. meatballs( 1 oz. size)
- 6 soft flatbreads
- 3 cups mixed baby greens
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grate cucumber into bowl and drain in a colander. Stir in yogurt, salt pepper, and lemon juice, refrigerate.

Place meatballs on a lightly oiled baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes. Place flatbreads in oven for the last 3 minutes of baking time.

Place flatbread on plates. Top each with 1/2 cup greens, 3 chopped meatballs and cucumber sauce.
