Ingredients
- 1/2 cup miso
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup Braggs Amino Acids or soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 3 pounds firm tofu
Directions

Mix marinade ingredients together, and heat.

Press tofu to eliminate excess water and compress, then cut it up into small pieces.

Add marinate to tofu, let sit for 10 minutes.

Bake at 400 degrees until cooked, stir and turn tofu pieces at least once.
