Ingredients
- Dry cookies 300g (Lady Fingers)
- 150g Butter
- Sugar 100g
- Dark Chocolate 200g
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Rum
Directions

Allow butter to soften to room temperature.

Crumble biscuits in a bowl.

In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and mix it with a spoon, until it becomes creamy and without lumps.

Let it cool down.

When the butter is soft, mix in cream with a spatula.

Gradually add sugar, eggs, melted chocolate and Rum to cream.

Mix well the mixture and pour it into the Bowl where you have crumbled cookies.

Stirring and mixing thoroughly.

To give it the classic shape of salami, you have to put the dough into a sheet of parchment paper.

Then wrap the chocolate salami pressed in aluminum foil.

Place it in the refrigerator so wrapped up until it is hardened (at least two or three hours).

Cut into slices.
