Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chile powder
• 2 tsp. garlic powder
• 2 tsp. onion powder
• 2 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 2 tsp. oregano
• 4 tsp. paprika
• 1/4 cup cumin
• 4 tsp. salt
• 4 tsp. cracked black pepper

Directions

1. Stir together and keep in an airtight container. If you will not use the mix within about 6 months, keep in refrigerator of freezer. Because some of the mix is granular and other is flakes, be sure to shake it before measuring.
2. To use: Two Tablespoons equals one packet.
