Easy Italian Spinach

Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions
- Saute spinach and garlic in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated and liquid evaporates. Add breadcrumbs and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Serve immediately.
