Ingredients

• 2 c. flour
• 3/4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 2/3 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Sift dry ingredients together into a bowl & cut in shortening. Add the eggs & vanilla & mix well. Roll out very thin on floured board & cut with floured cookie cutter. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400* for 9-12 min.
