Ingredients
- 2lb mullet fillets, or other fish fillets
- 1tsp salt
- 1dsh pepper
- 1/4cup lime juice
- 3tbl butter or margarine, melted
- Paprika
- Lime Wedges
Directions

Skin fillets and cut into serving size portions.

Place fish in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Pour lime juice over fish and let stand for 30 minutes, turning once.

Remove fish, reserving juice.

Place fish on a well greased broiler pan.

Combine butter and juice.

Brush fish with butter mixture and sprinkle with paprika.

Broil about 4" from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Serve with lime wedges.
