Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob, shucked
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 scallions, chopped
- Grated zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
- Kosher salt

Preheat a grill to medium high. Lay out 4 sheets of foil Place an ear of corn on each piece of foil and wrap tightly. Grill, turning a few times, 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat the olive oil with garlic and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over medium heat, about 1 minute. Remove from the heat and add parsley, scallions, lemon zest and lemon juice; season with salt.

Remove corn from the grill and open carefully. Brush with herb oil.
