Ingredients
- 1/4 cup panko
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- pinch of salt
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 bunches asparagus, trummed
- pepper
Directions

Toast panko with garlic and salt in a skillet with olive oil. Mix with parsley and lemon zest. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat until just tender, 5-6 minutes. Top with the panko mixture.
