Orange- Marjoram Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 24 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 20 oz.)
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp. snipped fresh marjoram
- 2 tsp. snipped fresh oregano
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- Fresh marjoram sprigs (optional)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and garlic; cook, stirring frequently, for 1 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque. Add orange juice; bring to boiling. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes more or until juice is slightly thickened.
- Remove skillet from heat; stir in marjoram and oregano. Toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper, if desired, garnish with marjoram sprigs.
