Ingredients
- 2 green onions
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/3 lb ground beef
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche buns

Grab a big bowl. Combine chopped green onions, Worcestershire and seasonings. Add ground beef; hand-mix lightly but thoroughly.

Form a disc with the beef mixture and cut it into quarters. Pat into patties.

Clean off your grill grate. Then grill patties, covered, over medium heat, about 6 minutes per side.

When the burgers reach 160, top with cheese; grill, covered, up to a minute more or until cheese melts. Pop on buns with your favorite fixings.
