Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic-herb seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 14.5 oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3/4 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions

Mix the first 5 ingredients; rub over chicken. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown chicken on both sides. Add tomatoes; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 10-12 minutes or until chicken reaches 165.

In a 2-qt microwave-sage dish, combine beans and water; microwave, covered, on high 3-4 minutes. Drain.

Remove the chicken; keep warm. Stir butter and beans into the tomato mixture. Serve with chicken.
