Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- Jalapenos to taste
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup cilantro (or as to taste)
- half a lime
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
Directions
- Cut tomatoes in half. Then, squeeze the juice out of the tomato. Squeeze over a bowl and discard the juice. Repeat until all the tomatoes are done.
- Put all ingredients in the food processor and pulse until to desired texture.
- Eat right away or store in the refrigerator up to five days.
