S’Mores Jumble Cake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, melted, divided use
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (3.4 or 3.5 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 (15 to 18 oz.) box chocolate cake mix
  • 5 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 4 whole graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Coat a 9 × 13-inch baking dish with 2 Tbsp. of the melted butter.
  2. Whisk together the milk and pudding mix in the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add the cake mix, distributing it evenly. Pour the melted butter over the dry cake mix and whisk gently until just moistened. Lumps and dry streaks are OK.
  3. Bake 25 minutes. Top with marshmallows, broken graham cracker pieces and chocolate chips and bake 7 to 10 minutes more or until cake is done and marshmallows are browned. (If the marshmallows are not browned to your liking by the time the cake is done, place cake under broiler for 30 seconds to 1 minute to finish browning.)
  4. Cool at least 30 minutes.
