Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. tamari OR soy sauce
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. honey
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs OR 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, for serving
Directions
- Mix oil, vinegar, tamari sauce and honey together in a bowl. Add chicken and marinate 5 minutes to several hours.
- Heat skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and marinade all at once. Cover and cook 8 minutes, turn chicken and cook 8 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with rice and some of the cooked marinade as a sauce.
