Ingredients
- 1/2 small apple, diced small
- 1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 c non-dairy milk
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- Dash nutmeg
- Dash salt
- 1/2 C rolled oats
Directions

In a mason jar or other container with a tight lid, combine all ingredients except the oats. Shake vigorously until well-combined. Add the oats and shake again. Place in fridge and chill overnight.
