Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cups (almond or coconut) milk
  • Toppings:
  • banana slices
  • crushed peanuts
  • melted peanut butter for drizzling

Directions

  1. In a sealable container (like a mason jar) combine oats, chia, peanut butter, honey and salt. Add milk and stir or shake well.
  2. Place in the fridge overnight (will last for up to 5 days).
  3. For servings, warm if desired, and top with banana slices, peanuts and a peanut butter drizzle
