Ingredients
- For the strawberry chocolate overnight oats:
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup milk (any kind - skim, 2%, soy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use non-fat)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
- For the strawberry banana overnight oats:
- 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup milk (any kind - skim, 2%, soy)
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use non-fat)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup diced strawberries
- 1/4 cup sliced or diced bananas
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar with a lid. Mix well to combine. (See notes below.)
- Refrigerate the jars overnight to allow the oats to soften. Serve cold in the morning.
