Ingredients
- 8 medium ears sweet corn, husks removed
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 24 corncob holders
- 8 oz crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp seafood seasoning
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges
Directions

Brush oil on all sides of corn. Grill, covered, over medium heat 10-12 minutes or until tender and lightly browned, turning occasionally. Remove from grill; cool slightly.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix mayo, garlic powder and pepper. Cut each ear of corn into thirds. Insert one corn cob holder into each piece. Spread corn with mayo mixture; sprinkle with cheese, seafood seasoning and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
