Ingredients
- 3 cups brussels sprouts (thinly sliced)
- 1 granny smith apple (cut into matchsticks)
- 1 cup flat leaf parsley leaves
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Directions

In a large bowl, add the Brussels sprouts, apple, and parsley.

In a medium bowl, add honey, whole grain mustard, cumin seeds, apple cider vinegar, and mayonnaise.

Whisk to combine.

Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the Brussels sprouts mixture.

Toss to coat.
