Crock Pot Game Day Taco Nachos

Ingredients

  • 4 boxes of José Olé Beef & Cheese Mini Tacos
  • 2 Cans (103/4 oz ) Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 11/2 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Salsa
  • 1 Can (15oz) Mexi-Corn
  • 1 Can (15 oz) Black Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 Can (15 oz) White Chili Beans or Great Northern Beans, Drained and Rinsed
  • 1 Can (15 oz) Refried Beans
  • Garnish: Taco Sauce, Ranch Dressing

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients (except refried beans, mini tacos and garnish) in your crock pot.
  2. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or low 4-6 hours.
  3. Stir in refried beans before serving.
  4. Bake mini tacos in your oven per the instructions on the box.
  5. Serve mixture over crisp mini tacos and drizzle with ranch dressing and taco sauce.
