Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (8 oz.) semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 squares (1 oz. each) unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 stick butter or margarine
- 35 graham cracker squares, finely crushed (2 12/ cups)
- 1 can (14 oz.) reduced-fat sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Directions
- Coat an 11 × 7 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Melt both chocolates and the butter in a medium-size bowl in microwave or heavy saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring often, until smooth. remove from heat and cool warm.
- Stir in cracker crumbs, condensed milk and extracts until blended.
- Scrape into prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer. Sprinkle with almonds, cover loosely and let stand at room temperature until firm, about 2 hours. Cut in bars. Store airtight at room temperature up to 1 week.
