Spinach and pork soup

Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 3 4-ounce boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick, trimmed of fat
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions

Thinly slice pork. Combine oil and soy sauce and coat pork, adding salt and pepper as desired.

Bring half a pot of water to boil with chicken broth. Add spinach and pork. Return to boil. Remove from heat and serve.
