Acapulco Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of large shrimp (about 20 shrimp)
- 10 slices of bacon, each cut in half
- 1 block of Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- Seafood seasoning
- oil
Directions
- Peel shrimp and split. Lay shrimp on half strip of bacon. Fill shrimp with a cube of cheese, wrap bacon around shrimp and hold together with a toothpick. Dip in egg and milk mixture, roll in flour accented with seafood seasoning and deep fry until golden brown.
