Acapulco Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of large shrimp (about 20 shrimp)
  • 10 slices of bacon, each cut in half
  • 1 block of Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • Seafood seasoning
  • oil

Directions

  1. Peel shrimp and split. Lay shrimp on half strip of bacon. Fill shrimp with a cube of cheese, wrap bacon around shrimp and hold together with a toothpick. Dip in egg and milk mixture, roll in flour accented with seafood seasoning and deep fry until golden brown.
