Ingredients

• 1/2 stick butter
• 4 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk
• 1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
• 1 Tbsp. paprika
• 1 Tbsp. chili powder
• 3/4 tsp. cumin
• 1/2 tsp. mustard powder
• 1 tsp. jalapeno pepper juice
• 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
• 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

1. In saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and cook until smooth. Add milk, stir until it thickens. Add cheese and stir until it melts. Add other ingredients. Best served warm.
