- Beef Shank (best with bone in)
- Beef Rib meat
- Garlic
- onion
- salt
- cabbage
- corn on the cob fresh or frozen
- carrots
- zucchini
- potatoes
- CHAYOTE = A type of squash called Vegetable Pear or Mirliton - pealed
- cilantro - lots
Directions

cut all veggies and meat in large chunks

Cook meat, salt, onion, garlic, for about 20 minutes

Add cabbage and corn on cob (if fresh)

when meat is about done add rest of veggies

It will take about 3 to 4 hours to cook
