- 10 lbs potatoes
- 5 lbs carrots
- 2 bunches celery
- 1 Large can jalapena strips
- 10 boxes Aluminum foil
- 15 bars of achiote
- 2 lbs lime
Directions

each piece of chicken will be wrapped in foil

add some of each veggie

add some achiote (sazon goya would be good also)

wrap up well
