Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups alfalfa sprouts
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt to taste
Directions
- Blend eggs, salt, and ham together in a bowel. Melt butter separately, and pour into bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Heat skillet and butter if necessary. Cook omelet, then add alfalfa sprouts to center and fold over. Serve warm with toast.
