Alfalfa Sprout Omelet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups alfalfa sprouts
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup diced cooked ham
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Blend eggs, salt, and ham together in a bowel. Melt butter separately, and pour into bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Heat skillet and butter if necessary. Cook omelet, then add alfalfa sprouts to center and fold over. Serve warm with toast.
