Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped, unpeeled apples
- 2 cups chopped raisins
- 1 cup snipped, dried apricots
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Brandy to taste
Directions
- In a large pot, stir all ingredients together except brandy and bring to boiling. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Uncover, simmer 10 to 15 minutes more or until liquid has almost evaporated, stirring occasionally. Stir in brandy to taste. Cover and chill up to 1 month.
