Ingredients
- 1 (3 lb.) chuck steak
- 9 carrots, pared
- 3 pkg. (10 oz each) frozen peas
- 9 small potatoes, pared
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 envelopes (1 3/8 oz. each) onion soup mix
- 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Place steak and vegetables in center of a large piece of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with salt and soup mix. Dot with butter or margarine. Seal

foil. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake for 1to 1 1/2 hours, or until meat and vegetables are tender.
