Alaska Surimi Seafood Dipping Sauce Trio

Ingredients
- 12 to 16 oz. Alaska Surimi Seafood
- Asian
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Americana:
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1 Tbsp. creamy horseradish
- 1 tsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- Southwest:
- 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup low-fat sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
Directions
- Arrange Alaska Surimi Seafood on serving platter; serve with the three sauces.
- For each dip, blend all ingredients; cover until serving. Refrigerate Southwest dip until serving.
