Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- garlic salt
- 1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar (plus extra)
- Pepper
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Tomatoes (optional)
Directions
- Season the ground beef with garlic salt and pepper.
- Mix in the vinegar and form into patties.
- Grill on the heated grill for a few minutes on each side until done.
- Meanwhile place some tomatoes in a foil back. Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
- Right before you bring the burgers off the grill, sprinkle with more balsamic vinegar.
- Pull from the grill and top with mozzarella cheese and the cooked tomatoes.
