Grilled Balsamic Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup of Balsamic Vinegar (plus extra)
  • Pepper
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Tomatoes (optional)

Directions

  1. Season the ground beef with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Mix in the vinegar and form into patties.
  3. Grill on the heated grill for a few minutes on each side until done.
  4. Meanwhile place some tomatoes in a foil back. Place on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Right before you bring the burgers off the grill, sprinkle with more balsamic vinegar.
  6. Pull from the grill and top with mozzarella cheese and the cooked tomatoes.
