Ingredients
- Ground beef (I prefer 10% of fat or less and can substitute ground turkey if you like)
- Cooked and chopped bacon
- Blue Cheese crumbles
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Place ground beef into large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped bacon and blue cheese crumbles to the ground beef.
- Mix until blended with hands and make into patties.
- Season each patty with salt and pepper.
- Grill or cook in skillet one one side until browned then flip. Do not flip too early or too much or the burger will fall apart!
- Once cooked to your liking, remove and let settle for 5 minutes before serving.
- Enjoy!
