Ingredients

• 2 Russet Potatoes ( I have also used red)
• 2 Sweet Potatoes
• Salt and Pepper
• Foil

Directions

1. Spray foil with nonstick spray for drizzle with olive oil.
2. Peel and dice both potatoes into bit sized pieces (small).
3. Roll up the foil into a foil pack.
4. Cook on the grill 10-15 minutes on each side.
