Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 4 qt. popped corn
- 1 1/4 c white sugar
- 2/3 c corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 c margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions

Spread popped corn on 9 × 13 pan.

Heat and stir together sugar, butter, and corn syrup.

Cook over medium until mix boils.

Continue cooking 5 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and soda.

Pour over popcorn to coat.

Bake uncovered 1 hour – stir every 15 minutes.

Cool and break apart.
