Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 c evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/3 c coconut
  • 1 c hopped pecans
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, milk, butter and eggs.

  2. Cook of medium until mix begin to bubble, stir constantly.

  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. Cool until spreadable consistency.
